Hey these are pretty good exercises but it’s not great to be watching a teacher constantly flicking her hair out of her eyes, that’s damned near whiplash material, if not for you for the people watching and following.
And as some have suggested, way too fast.

I tried 1 hour massages but they didn’t work. Once I found out about spinal stretching, I started shifting my addiction to it from pain killers.
Works for headaches, hip, back, shoulder and neck aches too!
