I am going to start the lemonade or master cleanse diet. I can tolerate the headaches can I take pain relief pill any time I have headache during the diet?
can I stop it before 10 days if it gets too difficult for me?
also if any one has any helpful advise about the diet I appreciate that.

I’m just about to enter my third trimester so I’ve been doing a lot of research regarding the types of pain relief available for me. I’ve noticed that everything I come upon regarding an epidural also comes with a urinary catheter and I’m super not comfortable with that.
