I just got a job at McDonald’s that entails standing for up to 5 hours at a time (with only a half hour break). I know it sounds easy, and for normal people, it would be. However, when I stand for that long, I get really bad lower back pain. I really don’t want this to affect my job performance. Are there any OTC drugs or something that can prevent and/or alleviate lower back pain in this kind of situation?
I am going to start the lemonade or master cleanse diet. I can tolerate the headaches can I take pain relief pill any time I have headache during the diet?
can I stop it before 10 days if it gets too difficult for me?
also if any one has any helpful advise about the diet I appreciate that.
For a little over a week now I have had some lower back pain and it isn’t going away. I’ve tried taking tylenol and medications like that but nothing seems to be helping. Any ideas that could help this back pain?

chrismazz.com – If you have low back pain after sitting long at work, in a car, in a plane, in a lounge chair (hopefully on a beach) or if you have been doing extra cardio on a bike (spinning) or treadmill, try these hip flexor stretches. I get low back pain after only 45- 60 minutes of sitting especially during a car or plane ride and these have helped so much. Try them and see how they can help you! PS After these hip flexors get tight not only can your lower back hurt, but their tightness neurologically robs the glutes creating a greater muscle imbalance (weak butt and over tight quads) and and may contribute to even more problems with body mechanics. This leads to improper stress, wear and pain in knees, hips, ankles, feet, back and more!

It has gotten better but very slowly and it still feels like something is sore when I get up in the morning. Right now 4 or 5. Your age and overall health…: 51 and overall pretty good. I have completed 2 marathons and really like running. I mostly run on a treadmill except on the weekend and then mostly on concrete. I am a bit overweight though. Any other information you feel is relevant…: I just don’t know how to tell it’s ok to start running again and then how much to increase the intensity and how often. My hamstrings are pretty tight in general so knowing what stretches and how often would be helpful. YOUR INJURY COULD BE… Low Back Strain. REHAB YOUR INJURY BY… Hamstring Stretch: Lie on your back. Grab behind your knee and straighten your leg, pushing your heal up towards the ceiling and bringing your toes down towards you. You should feel a stretch behind your leg. Hold this position for 15 seconds. Do this on both legs repeating 3 times for each leg. Lumbar …
I am 18 weeks pregnant. Sometimes I experience a stabbing pain in my right side lower back, which does not allow me to walk or to move. The pain is like joint paint between two bones (as there is some deficiency of lubricant between the two bones). I am using Omnigel and getting relief. But I am anxious and want to know whether it has any bad effect on my baby. Please throw some light on this.
