I was in the hospital yesterday with severe back pain as well a pelvic pain. A pain scale 1-10 I would say it is a 10 at times and can be constant especially at night. I tested negative for pre-term labor but they said I need to do physical therapy. What are the chances that physical therapy will help me? Does anyone have experience with it working and not working? I am 32 weeks pregnant.

I am 31 weeks into my 40 week pregnancy (over 7 months) and work in an office setting where I sit all day. I make sure to get up every 90 minutes or so to stretch and walk around, but I am getting tremendous back pain the longer I sit, at the lower of my back. I think the baby has dropped (turned over so it’s head is at the bottom)…
Is there pain reliever, special chair cushions, or anything else that is safe for me to relieve the pain?

I am 27 weeks pregnant… I know that the weight of the baby is causing most of my problems but is there something I can do to ease off some of the pain besides Tylenol? I am having pain in my lower back. When I stand, or roll over (if I had been lying down) my lower back pops. Any suggestions?
