I am going to start the lemonade or master cleanse diet. I can tolerate the headaches can I take pain relief pill any time I have headache during the diet?
can I stop it before 10 days if it gets too difficult for me?
also if any one has any helpful advise about the diet I appreciate that.

I am 18 weeks pregnant. Sometimes I experience a stabbing pain in my right side lower back, which does not allow me to walk or to move. The pain is like joint paint between two bones (as there is some deficiency of lubricant between the two bones). I am using Omnigel and getting relief. I think she just pulled a muscle. She likes to wrestle with the dog and she is an older lady cat. I know you can’t give aspirin to cats. Just curious. If it continues we’ll go see the vet. I just wondered about the pain relief possibilities.
Thanks for imput thus far. I put out the heating pad and will not give her anything till she sees the vet. She instigates the wrestling with the dog (who is not mean but rambunctious nonthe less). We are keeping her as quiet as possible.
